American Security | Employee Highlight | Arlene Montera

At American Security, we know our people are our most valuable asset. Each month, we recognize a member of our team for their outstanding contributions to our organization with our American Security Employee Spotlight.

This month, we are celebrating Arlene Montera. Arlene has been working for American Security for 7, going-on 8 years now!

As Collections Manager, Arlene is in charge of minimizing financial losses. She works with a number of departments, from the service department to the install department. Arlene works with us all.

Arlene’s favorite part about working at American Security is the nice people all around. She has some really sweet customers, she says, and she loves her team.

Arlene has over 40 years of experience working in collections! Some advice for newcomers to the security industry? The industry is always changing and evolving as new technology emerges. If you’re looking to get your foot in the door, make sure you read up an do lots of research.

Outside of work, Arlene enjoys hanging out with her friends and family and watching sports. She loves baseball and hockey in particular and is a die-hard Yankees and New York Rangers fan!
